We are seeking an Acute Care RN Leader to join our team at Dallas Regional Medical Center. As an Acute Care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaborately with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

About the Role

This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $122,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the care of critically ill patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current and valid state RN license
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
  • Completion of Critical Care Course preferred
  • Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
  • Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred
