Overview

We are seeking an experienced Acute Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Dallas Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Our competitive salary for this role is approximately $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educational Support: Provide education to patients and families on disease processes, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Requirements
  1. License: Current and valid state RN License required.
  2. Certifications: Current BLS (AHA) certificate and ACLS certification preferred.
  3. Experience: Minimum one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care experience preferred.
  4. Credentials: Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
