Medical City Dallas is a 895+ bed tertiary care center recognized for its advanced medical facilities and commitment to excellence in patient care. Our medical team consists of over 1,500 physicians, many of whom are recognized as world leaders in their specialties. Patients from all over the United States and other countries travel to Medical City Dallas for sophisticated treatment by our 400+ in-house physician specialists. **The Role**
As a CNC, you will partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will assist with admission and discharge processes, partner with subject matter experts and leadership teams to support improved outcomes and services, provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement, and assist with staff scheduling.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Registered Nurse degree and a BSN. You must also obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date. A minimum of 1 year RN experience in Acute Care is required.

**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
