Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
- Health insurance plans fully supported by the company, effective from the first day of the month following your hire date.

- 40 hours of paid sick leave after a probationary period.

The Manufacturing Assembly Specialist will be responsible for assembling various components for housing structures and related projects. Key duties include:
- Executing mechanical assembly tasks.
- Interpreting assembly guidelines and blueprints.
- Utilizing hand tools and machinery for component assembly.
- Conducting quality inspections of finished products.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Installing basic plumbing within structures.
- Routing electrical wiring through paneling.
- Installing flooring, drywall, and other essential materials.
- Monitoring production output against orders.
- Adhering to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience in basic construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with plumbing tasks is a plus.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions is essential.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Mechanical assembly skills.
- Capability to meet physical demands, including lifting and prolonged standing.
$21 - $27 per hour
