Position Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Office Furniture Assembly Specialist to join our moving team. The successful candidate will possess experience in the assembly, installation, and arrangement of furniture. The Office Furniture Assembly Specialist will be tasked with ensuring that all furniture and related items are accurately assembled and installed at the client's new premises, while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly and Installation:
  • Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment at client locations.
  • Ensure all items are installed securely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
  • Handle a variety of furniture types, including modular office systems, residential furniture, and specialized items.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Engage with clients to ascertain their installation needs and preferences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the installation process.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Conduct quality inspections on all assembled and installed items to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Report any defects or issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work in conjunction with moving and logistics teams to synchronize installation schedules and activities.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from transport vehicles as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of installations.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain precise records of installations, including client details, items installed, and any encountered issues.
  • Complete and submit installation reports and documentation as required.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for enhancing installation processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in furniture assembly, installation, or a related field.
