Shift Schedule:

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct various routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
  • Inspect personal and team members' work to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications.
  • Implement process specifications for product manufacturing within a designated area, documenting production times and quantities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with company guidelines and participate in required events.
  • Perform basic welding, brazing, or soldering tasks and operate light machinery such as sand blasters or electro-etching equipment.
  • Demonstrate adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential; flexibility for night and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications:

Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience is preferred.

Certifications: Completion of vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience.


Skills:
  • Proficient in routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations.
  • Able to utilize various hand tools and machinery effectively.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting company documents, including safety regulations and operational instructions.
  • Good manual dexterity for handling small components.
  • Adept at identifying and resolving common issues within the work area, selecting appropriate solutions from established options.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
