Position Overview: Reporting to the Process Improvement Department Manager, this role is pivotal in enhancing the value of our offerings through ongoing improvement initiatives. The focus will be on optimizing raw materials, refining processing specifications, advancing equipment capabilities, and enhancing team competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate specifications and cost assessments for product ranges.
  • Monitor quality losses on product ranges and implement targeted improvement strategies.
  • Identify efficiency losses related to processing methods and initiate focused improvement activities.
  • Conduct weekly quality audits on each range to validate the effectiveness of the quality management system.
  • Oversee Quality Maintenance and ensure accurate specifications for auxiliary equipment.
  • Investigate customer complaints through root cause analysis and communicate findings effectively.
  • Support safety initiatives through active participation in sub-committees and risk reduction strategies.
  • Provide SAP and Barco support for all OPW products.
  • Manage timely disposition of Out Of Flow fabric.
  • Engage actively in Cross Functional Teams.
  • Assist the lab with audits and ensure prompt follow-ups on failed testing.
  • Develop familiarity with manufacturing processes to provide necessary support.

Qualifications:
