Account Manager

White Cap is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with mid-size accounts, generating new business leads, and developing profitable business plans to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with mid-size accounts to increase sales and profitability
  • Generate new business leads through market and account research, sales events, and networking
  • Develop and execute profitable business plans to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with sales and corporate personnel to communicate account plans, pricing, and offer assistance to drive sales
  • Interact with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve customer and service-related issues

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in outside sales to professional contractors
  • Familiarity with White Cap products and services
  • Spanish language proficiency
