We are seeking a highly skilled Site Development Manager to join our National Real Estate Services team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by overseeing the construction of new stores, remodels, and various company initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Project, and Teams, is essential.

The successful candidate will work closely with external General Contractors, Subcontractors, Architects, Civil Engineers, and Developers, as well as internal teams, to achieve project objectives. Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and conflict management skills are vital for this role.

This position requires frequent travel (up to 75%) to various locations, and the ability to push, pull, bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $127,500, with potential increases to $135,000 in Year 2 and $142,500 in Year 3.
