Job Description:

Crowe's Federal Tax Consulting Services practice is seeking a manager to lead projects in the areas of federal credits, including research and development (R&D) tax credits, fixed asset services, and Green Building tax incentives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax consulting and a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions to clients. Key responsibilities will include developing and executing project work plans, leading technical interviews with client personnel, and developing appropriate documentation to support project results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project work plans to meet client expectations
  • Lead technical interviews with client personnel to gather information and identify opportunities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation to support project results
  • Identify and develop value-added opportunities to enhance client relationships and drive business growth
  • Exhibit strong leadership and project management skills to manage client service teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or accounting, with a strong preference for candidates with a Master's degree
  • At least 4+ years of experience in public accounting, with a strong preference for candidates with Big 4 or large regional firm experience
  • Experience in the subject matter areas described above, including R&D tax credits and fixed asset services
  • CPA, EA, or PE credential required
