Job Summary

Crowe is seeking a highly skilled R&D Tax Credit Manager to join our dynamic Federal Tax Consulting Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects in federal credits, including research and development (R&D) tax credits, fixed asset services, and Green Building tax incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project work plans to deliver high-quality results to clients.
  • Lead technical interviews with client personnel, such as scientists and engineers, to gather information and identify opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation to support project results.
  • Identify and pursue value-added opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and project management skills to manage client service teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to drive decision-making and drive results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or accounting, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in public accounting, with a strong preference for Big 4 or large regional firm experience.
  • Experience in the subject matter areas described above is highly desirable.
  • CPA, EA, or PE credential is required.
