Health and Wellness Program Coordinator

As a Health and Wellness Program Coordinator at Power Wellness, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional health and fitness services to our members. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Fitness Specialist and Medical Integration Lead.
Job OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for providing professional fitness services with the highest level of customer service to our members. You will also be responsible for supervising the fitness floor, providing basic exercise instruction, and ensuring that all medically integrated programs are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Fitness Floor Supervision: Ensure that the fitness floor is safe and clean, and that all equipment is properly maintained.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Medical Integration: Work closely with our medical team to ensure that all medically integrated programs are delivered safely and effectively.
- Scheduling and Operations: Schedule appointments, manage inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university in a health-related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in the fitness industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Certifications: CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
