Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is $2,122-$2,406 per week, paid bi-weekly. Additionally, you will receive an enhanced hourly rate and tax-exempt stipend where applicable. Other benefits include tuition reimbursement, discounted car rental agreements, multiple medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans, 401(k) with company match, and SoFi student loan refinancing program.

Job Description
This full-time position requires a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, or a related field. You must be licensed in the state of Iowa as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). One or more years' experience in a mental health setting is preferred. The job involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, family, and group therapies. You will also work within a team environment to ensure that each treatment modality is appropriate for the patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, displaying good skills in assessment of patients' functional needs and outcomes.
  • Assess patient needs regularly and assist in the developing and updating of the Master Treatment Plan.
  • Provide clinically sound individual, family, and group therapies within required time frames and establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
