Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

At Soliant Education, we are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our dynamic team in Salem, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering effective therapy interventions and monitoring student progress.
- Prepare and organize therapy materials and equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient therapy process.
- Document therapy sessions and participate in the development of intervention plans to ensure student growth and development.
- Engage students in activities designed to facilitate effective communication skills and promote a supportive learning environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid SLPA certification in Oregon (or eligible).
- Strong organizational skills and a compassionate approach to student interactions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
