Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging individual to serve as a **Sneaker Sales Host** for our live-streaming events. This role involves showcasing Sneakers, Apparel, and Accessories in an interactive and entertaining format.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Act as a charismatic host, engaging with an audience of over 20 participants via video chat.
  • Discuss various aspects of Sneakers, including their market value, historical facts, and insights into popular brands such as Jordan, Yeezy, and Nike.
  • Lead the conversation, introducing segments and explaining the rules of our interactive games.
  • Gain expertise in the operational structure and incentives necessary for a successful live stream.
  • Handle logistics, including packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment to customers.

**Qualifications:**

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • A positive and engaging demeanor.
  • Comfort with public speaking and interacting with diverse audiences.
  • A passion for Sneakers and Hypebeast culture.
  • A knack for enjoyable conversations with new people.
  • No prior work experience is necessary, but a solid understanding of Streetwear and Sneakers is essential.
  • Experience in streaming is a significant advantage.

This position requires **on-site presence** at our retail location, as we have a substantial inventory that must remain accessible.

**Compensation:** Base hourly wage plus performance bonuses.

**Work Schedule:** Flexible hours, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Pay Rate:** $25.00 per hour

**Shift Details:**

  • 8-hour shifts available.
  • Day and Night shifts offered.
  • Availability during weekdays and weekends is required.

**Location Requirements:** Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting work.

**License/Certification:** A valid driver's license is preferred.

**Shift Preferences:** Day and Night shifts are both available.

**Work Environment:** This is an in-person role.
