Position Overview:
Atrium Staffing is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager, IT Staffing for our IT Staffing division. In this role, you will leverage your existing IT network, prospect for new staffing opportunities, and apply your sales expertise to secure competitive opportunities within the IT sector. You will be responsible for driving IT staffing business development, collaborating with IT subject matter experts, and staying informed about market trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive IT Staffing Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
    • Generate leads and market IT staffing solutions through strategic cold and warm outreach, targeted campaigns, and networking.
    • Conduct consultative meetings with IT stakeholders, including departmental leaders and HR/TA teams, to assess staffing needs and match with qualified IT professionals.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with IT Subject Matter Experts:
    • Work closely with Divisional Leaders, Business Development Managers, and IT Recruiters to uncover new opportunities and market trends.
    • Partner with internal IT SMEs to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
    • Coordinate with contributors for solution planning, pricing strategies, and proposal development.

  • Stay Informed and Competitive:
    • Continuously update yourself on Atrium Staffing's IT staffing solutions and competitive advantages.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our IT services portfolio to effectively represent Atrium Staffing in client interactions.

  • Engage in Industry Events:
    • Represent Atrium Staffing at local and national IT industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
    • Build relationships with IT professionals, technology partners, and potential clients to enhance Atrium Staffing's market presence.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in IT business development, with a proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales quotas in the technology sector.
  • Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple prospects and proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced IT environment. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections are essential.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work at a desk for extended periods, with occasional travel between offices and to industry events as needed.
