Position Overview

The Parts Operations Coordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative and support functions related to the maintenance shop. This includes scheduling repairs, managing parts inventory, and overseeing warranty claims. The Coordinator will provide leadership within the district shop framework, aiming to enhance equipment availability, maintainability, and overall cost efficiency. Responsibilities also encompass handling phone inquiries, maintaining accurate records, ensuring inventory integrity, and processing warranty claims efficiently.
