Job Summary

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, 8am - 4:30pm on-site position at The Pavilion Behavioral Health System. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide comprehensive social work services to patients in an inpatient/partial hospital setting. You will be the primary contact with external providers and actively participate in each assigned patient's treatment plan. Your responsibilities will include patient discharge and aftercare planning, as well as providing a range of social work services to patients.
