Role Summary

The Account Executive for Health Systems is a pivotal role focused on driving sales within a designated territory, specifically targeting integrated delivery networks. This position entails managing a multifaceted sales process, collaborating closely with various internal teams such as product development, IT, training, implementation, client experience, and marketing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with C-suite executives in health systems to facilitate strategic discussions and presentations regarding large-scale partnerships.
  • Developing a comprehensive sales strategy, building a robust pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
  • Maintaining an ongoing sales forecast by adhering to established processes for tracking opportunities and activities.
  • Possessing extensive knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including value-based care, fee-for-service models, technology integration, physician workflows, and payer dynamics.
  • Thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Performing a variety of tasks that support the overall responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications

Essential skills and experiences include:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling medical SaaS or a combination of medical devices and SaaS solutions within health systems.
  • A strong network of C-suite contacts in the healthcare sector, with the ability to leverage these relationships for new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in administrative technologies such as Salesforce CRM, G Suite, Slack, Asana, and other relevant tools.
  • Advanced presentation capabilities.
  • A proven track record of managing sales quotas and pipelines effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Preferred qualifications may include:

  • Experience in selling both hardware and software solutions to integrated delivery networks.
  • A strategic mindset with a curiosity for tackling complex challenges and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is advantageous.
  • A history of exceeding sales targets, with the ability to generate substantial revenue.
Location

This position is remote with significant travel requirements.

Compensation

The salary range for this full-time position is between $110,000 and $130,000, plus bonuses, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and market demand.
