Job Summary

The Sanitation Team Member is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our food processing facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing sanitary restoration on assigned equipment and services, adhering to USDA regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Perform sanitary restoration on assigned equipment and services, ensuring compliance with USDA regulations and industry best practices.
  • Utilize industrial sanitizers and equipment to restore equipment to a level of cleanliness compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations and high-quality results.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred qualifications include experience in the food processing industry or related field.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license (if applicable).
  • Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices, including Lock Out/Tag Out, HAZCOMM, and other relevant areas.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
