Job Summary

The Sanitation Team Member is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our food processing facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing sanitary restoration on assigned equipment and services, adhering to USDA regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Perform sanitary restoration on assigned equipment and services, ensuring compliance with USDA regulations and industry best practices.
  • Utilize industrial sanitizers and equipment to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred education level is a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 0-1 year of experience in the food processing industry or a related field; preferred experience is 2+ years in the food or protein industry.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly preferred.
