As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding NJ auto, home, and umbrella policies, coverages, and premiums.
  • Deliver first call resolution and make it easy for the customer.
  • Develop and maintain complete product knowledge of all three lines (Auto, Homeowner, and Umbrella) for NJ.
  • Accurately enter and update policy information into the various processing systems and handle phone inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent computer/data entry and math skills.
  • High energy and motivation to follow up and take ownership.
