Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Perioperative and Procedural Care Units, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Current registration in nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • MSN, DNP, PhD, or a BSN with a master's degree in a related field, required.
  • Minimum 3 years nursing leadership experience, preferably in an academic medical center perioperative and/or intensive care setting.
  • Certification in specialty (preferred).
