Job Summary

The Customer Care Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional support to clients by resolving incoming inquiries related to our financial services software. This role requires a team-oriented mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well with others in troubleshooting and problem-solving scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and internet-based support tools.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients during issue resolution, providing updates and guidance as needed.
  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and development.
  • Assist in creating "How To" documentation for clients.
Requirements
  • Sufficient technical experience to quickly learn new financial services applications and support tools.
  • Proficiency in latest OS and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.

This is a hybrid role, requiring the incumbent to be in the Malvern office at least 2 days per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably in banking, finance, or technology, and be proficient in defect tracking tools and software systems.
