Position Description

The UCI School of Medicine is anticipating openings for a Professional Researcher in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department. We are looking for candidates at the Assistant, Associate, and full rank throughout the academic year.

We invite applications from individuals who possess a PhD or equivalent, with a robust laboratory research background, a strong publication record, and specialized training in mechanical and aerospace engineering or related disciplines.

This recruitment is ongoing. The availability of positions, including part-time roles, is contingent upon external funding and departmental needs. Salary and rank will be aligned with qualifications and experience. Initial appointments are for one year, with renewals based on support availability and departmental requirements.
