Commercial Loan Servicing Team Lead

The Commercial Loan Servicing Team Lead is a key role within the Commercial Loan Servicing team at EverBank NA. This position provides technical and soft skill support and guidance to the team, ensuring that loans are serviced in accordance with their terms, bank policy, and legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with management, subordinates, peers, and internal and external customers to ensure timely resolution of questions and loan servicing.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide entry-level troubleshooting and redirection as necessary.
- Communicate with loan officers, portfolio managers, and senior management to address questions and issues that require their involvement.
- Assist in the development and coordination of training and coaching for new and existing employees on Loan Servicing job responsibilities.
- Make recommendations for process enhancements and updates to procedures as needed.
- Assist in the development of responses to audit concerns, process deficiencies, and survey and metrics results.
- Participate in Loan Servicing duties, including phone and email coverage, booking audits, escrow inquiries, and account and cash maintenance responsibilities.
- University degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial loan servicing and documentation required; 5+ years preferred.
- Physical requirements: sedentary work.
- 5+ years of commercial real estate loan servicing and documentation experience.
- Familiarity with multi-family lending.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with IBS, Salesforce, Oracle G/L for MFL, and OnBase systems.
- Procedure writing experience.
