Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing sushi daily in front of esteemed guests, including delivery and take-out services.
  • Engaging in friendly interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Maintaining organization and the ability to operate at a high volume.
  • Preparing fish, maki, side dishes, miso, edamame, and other ingredients for service.
  • Innovating new dishes or preparations for our frequently updated menu.
  • Sushi preparation: setting up the sushi bar and following the head chef's instructions.
