Responsibilities
  • Making sushi daily in front of high-profile guests, deliver and take-out, 
  • Friendly interactions with the guests and co workers 
  • Organized and able to work at a high volume level
  • Prepping fish, maki, sides, sets of miso, edamame, and other ingredients/dishes to be used in service
  • Creating new dishes or preparations for the often-changing menu
  • Sushi prep: set up sushi bar, take direction from head chef
