About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Associate Dean for Research and Innovation to join our team at Enrs Go. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our research endeavors and facilitating programs of research and scholarly productivity among faculty and students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Strategic Direction: Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy that aligns with the school's mission and vision.
  • Facilitate Research Funding: Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support research and scholarly activities.
  • Mentor Faculty: Provide guidance and support to tenure-line faculty in developing sustainable programs of research.
  • Develop Research Programs: Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement research programs that align with the school's strategic priorities.
  • Represent the School: Serve as a representative of the school on regional, national, and international professional associations.
Requirements
  • Research Experience: Hold a research-focused doctoral degree with a demonstrated track record of growing a research program.
  • Leadership Experience: Evidence of professional leadership and progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide others in their research.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Community Partnerships: Evidence of community partnerships with state and local government, communities, and clinical agencies related to the program of research.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience in nursing, research, nursing education, and/or healthcare.
  • Research Excellence: Evidence of practice, teaching, or research excellence through certification, awards, or advanced professional education related to research.
