Since its inception, Albi has garnered critical acclaim, featuring prominently on national Best New Restaurant lists from esteemed publications such as Eater, Robb Report, and Esquire, and has been honored as Eater DC's Restaurant of the Year.

In 2022, Albi achieved the prestigious One Star Michelin rating, a recognition it successfully retained in 2023. Chef Michael Rafidi was also a finalist for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic in 2023 and received the James Beard award for Outstanding Chef in 2024.




Position Overview: Lead Bartender
We are in search of a dedicated and career-oriented Lead Bartender who possesses a strong passion for hospitality.

Ideal candidates will exhibit a relentless thirst for knowledge, coupled with a keen sense of anticipation and awareness, to foster a collaborative, confident, and personable service environment.

The
Lead Bartender will collaborate closely with our Bar Director to establish the service ambiance at our intimate 11-seat bar. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to delve into the creative aspects of cocktail pairings while enhancing one's expertise in wine, spirits, and cocktail innovation as part of our vibrant beverage team.
