ARTECHOUSE is a pioneering immersive art venue that integrates advanced technology with unique artistic experiences. We are in search of a skilled bartender with leadership capabilities or aspirations to take on the role of Senior Mixologist. This full-time position will involve direct collaboration with the venue leader and bar management.

YOUR ROLE

As the Senior Mixologist, you will not only craft exceptional beverages but also oversee shift operations while ensuring the venue is properly closed at the end of the night. The ideal candidate will possess over three years of bartending experience and demonstrate the ability to uphold the standards and procedures established by the management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-depth knowledge of craft cocktail techniques
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Accountability for oneself and fellow bartenders regarding bar and gallery protocols
• Maintain daily operational standards and procedures
• Supervise daily bar setup, ensuring it is completed efficiently and correctly
• Conduct inventory checks of ingredients and supplies
• Review the daily exhibit schedule and communicate it to the bartending team
• Ensure the bar area is clean and organized after closing
• Manage inventory of spirits, wine, beer, and other supplies
• Supervise closing procedures and be the last to leave the premises

CORE QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience
• At least 1 year of management experience in a full-service bar environment
• Basic proficiency in Excel
• Ability to pass a background check
• Food Manager's license or willingness to obtain one
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work until midnight, five nights a week
• Flexible schedule
