ARTECHOUSE is a pioneering art venue that merges innovative technology with artistic expression. We are in search of a skilled mixologist with leadership experience or aspirations to take on the role of Senior Mixologist. This is a full-time opportunity where you will collaborate closely with the venue leader and bar management.

WHO YOU ARE

As the Senior Mixologist, you will not only craft exquisite cocktails but also oversee the shift, ensuring the venue's smooth operation during closing hours. The ideal candidate will possess over three years of bartending expertise and demonstrate accountability for both personal and team performance in alignment with the established standards set by management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deep understanding of craft cocktail techniques
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Capability to enforce bar and gallery protocols among team members
• Uphold daily operational standards and procedures
• Manage daily bar preparations, ensuring timely and proper setup
• Conduct inventory assessments of ingredients and supplies
• Review the daily event schedule and relay information to bartenders
• Ensure the bar's cleanliness and organization post-closing
• Perform inventory checks on beverages and supplies
• Supervise closing procedures and be the last to exit the venue

CORE QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum of 3 years in bartending
• At least 1 year in a management role within a full-service bar
• Basic proficiency in Excel
• Ability to pass a background screening
• Food Manager certification or willingness to obtain
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work until midnight, five nights a week
• Flexible scheduling
