Key Responsibilities:
Design and innovate electro-mechanical and material handling systems in compliance with national regulations and standards.
Develop and revise concept sketches, detailed engineering designs, assembly and fabrication drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and operational manuals, along with other pertinent design documentation.
Evaluate and endorse system design drawings produced by fellow Mechanical Engineers.
Manage version control and engineering change processes for all mechanical engineering documentation generated.
Create both 2D and 3D models utilizing SolidWorks.
Collaborate with the sales department, aiding in system proposals and scope assessments (including concept sketches and cost estimations).

Engage with a multidisciplinary engineering team (mechanical, electrical, software, imaging) based in various locations to review, define, and design integrated system solutions tailored to meet the needs of global clients.

Produce, validate, and assess engineering calculations to confirm design integrity.
Guide and mentor junior mechanical engineering personnel as needed.
Travel to client locations globally to engage in technical discussions, kickoff meetings, oversee installations, or resolve issues.
Possible travel to affiliated facilities within the country and internationally to collaborate with teams on ongoing or upcoming projects, as necessary (approximately 15% travel).

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
7 to 10 years of experience in designing electro-mechanical and mechanical systems from initial concept through to assembly-level design.
Proficient in mechanical system design and capable of drafting design specifications for equipment procurement.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Advanced expertise in SolidWorks 3D CAD software.
Considerable experience with civil works, including the construction of concrete structures.
Previous experience working with and generating BOMs within an MRP or ERP system.
Experience in a quality assurance-controlled design environment.
Familiarity with pneumatic control systems.
Proficient in writing design specifications.
