Job Summary

This is a customer-facing role that requires a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for delivering excellent service. You'll be responsible for maintaining a welcoming presence at store entrances, providing friendly assistance to customers and colleagues, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.



Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain a consistent presence at designated entry/exit points, providing a warm welcome to customers and setting the tone for a positive shopping experience.
  • Offer efficient and courteous assistance to customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms, following established protocols to minimize disruptions and maintain store security.
  • Ensure the physical security of customer entry and exit access points, preventing unauthorized access and maintaining a safe environment for all.
