As a Guest Experience Lead at McDonald's, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the guest experience by checking in with guests, making sure they are enjoying themselves, and handling any concerns or issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are satisfied with their visit.
- Handle guest concerns and provide a resolution to their satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
- Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features.
