About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires a strong understanding of fundraising principles, alumni relations, and strategic planning. You will work closely with our campus leadership, development teams, and alumni to build relationships and secure support for our law school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive development and alumni relations strategy to engage alumni and friends in supporting Penn State Dickinson Law.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and campus leaders.
  • Manage a team of development and alumni relations professionals to achieve fundraising goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement fundraising campaigns and events to engage alumni and friends.
  • Collaborate with campus leaders and development teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in fundraising, alumni relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising principles, alumni relations, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
