Job Description

Job Title: Women Stability Advisor

Location: Carlisle Barracks, PA 17013.

Duties:

  • Provide technical guidance on Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) and gender issues to leaders.
  • Support planning and executing operations, activities, and initiatives.
  • Lead implementation efforts, including staff education and training on WPS strategy requirements.
  • Develop and integrate a public affairs communications strategy and advocacy plan for implementation plan roll-out.
  • Contribute to short, mid, and long-term operational plans and assessments, collective training, and exercises.
  • Review and provide recommendations on plans, frameworks, legislation, and development documents for correctness and consistency.
  • Support the development of the Army framework and plan to implement the WPS Strategy.
  • Assess and analyze the gender perspective and future development structures.

Education/Qualification:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Gender Studies, Sociology, or International Relations.
  • Possess a master's degree.
  • Completed professional military education courses.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working with a US Armed Service, the Department of Defense, or similar large organization.

Ladgov Corporation seeks a Women Stability Advisor to provide strategic guidance and operational expertise in WPS and gender issues.

This role requires a strong understanding of WPS and gender perspectives, as well as experience in planning and executing operations, activities, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, a master's degree, and completed professional military education courses.

Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience working with a US Armed Service, the Department of Defense, or similar large organization.
