Job Summary

Family Service League is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Mental Health Clinic in Huntington. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of our Electronic Medical Record, managing site supplies, and coordinating services from outside vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee electronic data entry and record keeping, including scheduling and insurance verification.
  • Order supplies within program budget limitations.
  • Schedule and oversee building maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, and safety.
  • Maintain operations of technology, including phones, computers, copiers/scanners, and fax machines.
  • Actively participate in weekly supervision meetings with supervisory staff.
  • Attend administrative staff meetings and implement changes to procedures and policies as directed.
  • Provide weekly supervision and ongoing training for Administrative Assistants/Volunteers.
  • Train staff to utilize technology onsite and to connect from offsite.
  • Intervene in difficult client/reception conflicts.
  • Monitor expenses in petty cash and other relevant budgets.
  • Help establish and maintain a positive and productive environment.
  • Understand and demonstrate a commitment to Performance Quality Insurance (PQI).
