In this role, you will be responsible for making daily deliveries, with products loaded onto your vehicle and delivered directly to clients. Compensation is based on your experience and training requirements, starting at a minimum of $20 per hour plus commission.

This position offers a pathway to a Local Union role following a 6-month probationary period. After this, you will enter a vesting phase with guaranteed salary increases until you reach the full union scale within 7 years. Entry-level operators can expect to earn between $60,000 and $65,000 annually, with potential earnings of $70,000 to $80,000 after 7 years of service.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including Paid Vacation, guaranteed retirement plans, and full medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days (with some employee contributions).

While previous experience in beverage delivery and forklift certification are beneficial, they are not mandatory.
