Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, including pilots, crew, and passengers, while also performing administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in the FBO, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable interior facility, ensuring a positive impression for our customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Pick up FBO mail, sort, and distribute it to the relevant teams.
  • Execute fuel paperwork and process fuel sales, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain hangar and parking logs for aircraft, ensuring up-to-date records.
  • Maintain presentable crew cars for customer use, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain and wash base customer vehicles, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
  • Reserve, prepare contracts for, and check-in rental vehicles on behalf of Enterprise, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Assist customers with travel accommodations, providing expert advice and support.
  • Input customer information into TAS/FlightBridge and Salesforce, ensuring accurate records.
  • Assist customers with placing catering orders, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Organize and file documents and reports, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Inventory and place orders with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of essential supplies.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, helping to promote our services and products.
  • Coordinate charter arrangements or inquiries, providing expert advice and support.
  • Assist in training new CSR, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Reconcile hotel commissions and Enterprise bills for crew rentals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in operation/coordinating the Alliance Air Show, NASCAR, and Indy car events, and any additional events held at the airport.
  • Arrange hotels and rental cars for Air Show performers, ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a strong understanding of its applications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to operate VHF and Two-Way Radios, with a strong understanding of their use.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with all customers.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer Service experience required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
