Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bindery Equipment Specialist for our new Riverton Facility. This role involves operating and maintaining complex equipment such as the Bograma Die Cutting Machine. The ideal candidate will be able to train and provide guidance to colleagues as needed, interpret job tickets accurately, and update maintenance records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the Bograma Die Cutting Machine
  • Train and provide guidance to colleagues as needed
  • Interpret job tickets or SOPs accurately
  • Update maintenance records
  • Select samples and/or proofs for customer review (as requested)
  • Sort and prepare output for next step in process
  • Understand and follow safety and quality requirements
  • Recommend and help develop SOPs for job-related functions, process improvement, and ways to improve efficiencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience understanding and working with bindery, mail, and/or finishing machines
  • Strong knowledge of basic color and print experience
  • Good verbal, written, and listening skills; ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs
  • Good mechanical aptitude
