Job Summary

Chapman's Management Company is seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for transporting patients to various destinations in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate agency vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • Assist patients with mobility aids and other needs as required.
  • Complete daily manifests and fuel reports accurately and on time.
  • Inspect vehicles regularly and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with office personnel and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Valid North Carolina driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job.
