Job Title: Process Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Specialist to join our team at Oxford Global Resources. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing manufacturing processes, technologies, and tooling for next-generation delivery catheter systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate production equipment and develop strategies for improvement
  • Support production operations and validate processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality components and materials
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in engineering, with a focus on manufacturing process development and quality control
  • Experience designing and testing medical devices, with a focus on manufacturing process development and quality control
  • Strong understanding of design for manufacturability principles and ability to apply them to process development
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
