Position Title: Night Auditor

Reports To: Guest Services Manager

Overview: The Night Auditor at Legendary Inc is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalizing and reconciling guest accounts
  • Processing transactions and recording charges
  • Updating booking details
  • Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Facilitating guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Addressing guest inquiries and requests
  • Maintaining cleanliness and operational standards
  • Managing billing inquiries and resolving guest concerns
Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business is preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel night auditing or front desk operations
  • Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Additional Information:
All staff members are required to comply with safety protocols and may need to work flexible hours. A valid driver's license is necessary. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 15 pounds, and walking.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment with limited walking space.
