About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Aftersales Department Head to join our team at our Stamford dealership. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maximising profitability within the aftersales departments, providing a comprehensive reception and advisory service for customers, and ensuring and maximising workshop productivity, efficiency, and utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise profitability within the aftersales departments
  • Provide a comprehensive reception and advisory service for customers in relation to their vehicle servicing and repair requirements, including visual health checks
  • Ensure and maximise workshop productivity, efficiency, and utilisation
  • Achieving agreed TCH Red / Amber Sales through effective sales processes and utilising video healthcheck
  • To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction as measured by CVP and in line with Manufacturer and TCH guidelines
  • Coordinate and lead the team to ensure full workload through the workshop, liaise with Technicians to ensure maximum quality levels are met and standards maintained
