Job Title: Clinical Operations Vice Chair for OBGYN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Vice Chair for OBGYN to join our team at the Medical College of Wisconsin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective care delivery at all OBGYN Ambulatory sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Department Chair of OBGYN, CP Operational Leadership, Hospital Leadership, Ambulatory Surgery Center Leadership, and Birth Center Directors to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Work with health center site clinic leadership to promote high-quality, standardized, and efficient care across the health system.
  • Align OBGYN Ambulatory sites under the Clinical Operations Vice Chair to provide a consistent patient experience.
  • Advance care delivery redesign in existing and new sites of care and support positive and collaborative relationships with CP/MCP care teams, Hospitals, and the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin (F&MCW) primary care delivery system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical practice of OB/Gyn.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Medical License in the State of WI.
  • Board certification in ObGyn.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, effectively communicate with diverse groups, promote shared accountability, facilitate change, and a clear focus on results.
