Direct Care Supervisor

Sunrise Services, INC. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Direct Care Supervisor. This position is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of support staff to ensure the highest level of care and support for clients.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Provide training and guidance to support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless coordination of services and support.
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
