Primary Care Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team at Cambridge Health Alliance. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and manage patient flow in a fast-paced ambulatory setting
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current MA RN licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of ambulatory nursing experience
- BSN preferred
- Ability to speak a second language preferred
