Job Title: Machine Operator

Join Lakeshirts, a leading screen-printing manufacturer, as a Machine Operator in our dynamic production team. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to operate our screenprint and embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.

Job Summary:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for processing orders, preparing garments, and operating our screenprint and embroidery machines. You will work closely with our production team to ensure timely and accurate production, maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate screenprint and embroidery machines to produce high-quality garments
  • Prepare garments for printing and embroidery, ensuring accurate and timely production
  • Process orders, including analyzing designs and determining ink colors or threads
  • Verify quality and quantity of garments, maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Perform other related duties as needed, based on the ongoing needs of the business
Requirements:
  • High school education desirable, but not required
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day
  • Previous production experience preferred, but not required
  • Tablet, computer, Microsoft Word, Doc, and Excel experience preferred
