Job Title: Medical Imaging Technologist

At CHI St Gabriel Health - medicalsolutions, we are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Technologist to join our team. As a Medical Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping our medical team diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines, to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Position patients correctly to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures and provide emotional support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical imaging or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
